Industrial construction and facility upgrades over multiple projects dating back to 2012 when Capstone first contracted a fast-track industrial remodel to house a new anodizing plant for MD Products.

In 2017, we completed a design-build, fast-track 105k SF industrial tilt up distribution center. After completion of the new distribution center, we were contracted again to complete a fast-track industrial manufacturing remodel to include raising the existing roof and modifying existing structures to receive new manufacturing equipment covering 30,000 SF of manufacturing area.

We were hired again in 2018 remodel construction for the new MD medical clinic for employees and additional interior remodels for their executive offices.
